We had the opportunity to taste this flavor of memories on December 12th, in the specially designed space at 10am Lofts, where we attended the launch of the new The Macallan whisky series.

Ο Δεκέμβριος φέρνει μαζί του τη λάμψη και την προσμονή της πιο γιορτινής εποχής του χρόνου. Η καθημερινότητα αποκτά μια δόση μαγείας που μόνο αυτός ο μήνας μπορεί να προσφέρει. Οι πόλεις φωτίζονται και η προσμονή των Χριστουγέννων και της Πρωτοχρονιάς κορυφώνεται. Οι ρυθμοί αλλάζουν, τα συναισθήματα πολλαπλασιάζονται και οι άνθρωποι έρχονται πιο κοντά.
Η ατμόσφαιρα μυρίζει κάστανα και κανέλλα, τα ασημένια μαχαιροπήρουνα και τα πορσελάνινα σερβίτσια ετοιμάζονται να πάρουν θέση στα γιορτινά τραπέζια. Τα μελομακάρονα και οι κουραμπιέδες έχουν την τιμητική τους! Και το Αλεξανδρινό, το Αστέρι της Βηθλεέμ – αυτό το χειμερινό φυτό, δεν λείπει από κανένα σπίτι. Οι Γάλλοι το λένε «Etoiles de Noël», γιατί πράγματι μοιάζει με αστέρι που φωτίζει τις μέρες του χειμώνα.
Ο Δεκέμβριος κουβαλά πάντα εκείνη τη γλυκιά αίσθηση που σε γυρίζει πίσω στις παλιές χριστουγεννιάτικες παραδόσεις. Είναι ο μήνας που μας θυμίζει τι σημαίνει να μαζεύεσαι, να μοιράζεσαι, να γιορτάζεις.

Το blog μας το ονομάσαμε Άρια Γεύσεων προς τιμήν του πρώτου μας ονόματος, αλλά και ως φόρο τιμής στην άρια, ουσιαστικό θηλυκού γένους, που συνιστά ύψιστη μουσική σύνθεση.
Το καλό φαγητό είναι άλλωστε μια αρμονική συμφωνία που οδηγεί στην δημιουργία μιας μοναδικής εμπειρίας για όλες τις αισθήσεις.
