O διακεκριμένος mixologist Πάνος Μπεκιάρης υπογράφει το νέο bar concept BAR Stories by ARIA
και προσδοκά να μεταφέρει την αισθητική και την αναβαθμισμένη εμπειρία ενός εξαιρετικού cocktail bar
στο χώρο του Fine Catering.

Στις νέες σημαντικές συνεργασίες της ARIA οι οποίες σηματοδοτούν το πέρασμα στη νέα εποχή της εταιρίας, συγκαταλέγεται η σύμπραξη με τον διακεκριμένο mixologist Πάνο Μπεκιάρη. Διανύοντας την 21η χρονιά στον χώρο της εστίασης, την 8η χρονιά συνεργασίας με τo bar-restaurant Zurbaran στο Κολωνάκι και το Αlemagou στη Μύκονο, ο υψηλής κλάσης mixologist φέτος υπογράφει το νέο bar concept της ARIA.

Ανάμεσα στις καινοτομίες που εισάγει σε αυτό είναι η νέα exclusive κατηγορία open bar με ειδικούς πάγους και premium ποτά, τρεις κατηγορίες οpen bar με old fashioned και signature cocktails αλλά και θεματικά bars, όπως Champagne party, G&T party, Italian party.

H ιεροτελεστία της δημιουργίας είναι αυτό που τον εμπνέει περισσότερο στην τέχνη του cocktail: «Για πολλούς φαντάζει κάτι απλό αλλά το να δημιουργήσεις από μια σκέψη ένα όμορφο και νόστιμο ποτό θέλει πολύ δουλειά. Η επιλογή των γεύσεων, η μορφή κάθε γεύσης, η τεχνική, το ποτήρι που θα σερβιριστεί, η γαρνιτούρα, ακόμα και το όνομα που θα του δώσεις. Όλα αυτά λειτουργούν σαν μια ιεροτελεστία. Φυσικά το συναίσθημα όταν κάποιος έρχεται και ξαναζητάει το cocktail που έχεις δημιουργήσει, είναι μαγικό.»
