Aria Fine Catering had the honor of providing the catering for the Beauty Workshop organized by Sisley at 10am Lofts in the heart of Athens. The event, focused on beauty and wellness, inspired us to create a culinary experience that perfectly matched its elegant theme.
Guests were greeted with aromatic, refreshing drinks such as pink grapefruit soda and Aperol spritz, setting a vibrant tone for the day. The lunch menu was a testament to the freshness and quality of ingredients that Aria Fine Catering is known for. It began with a mesclun green salad featuring avocado, cherry tomatoes, pickled carrot, and “San Michali” cheese flakes. The main courses included lightly smoked salmon fillet with asparagus and citrus sauce, as well as a chlorophyll risotto with avocado tartare, fresh pollen, and truffle for our vegan guests. For dessert, we served a delightful millefeuille made with florentines and seasonal fruits baked in salted caramel, accompanied by vanilla ice cream.
Every dish was prepared and presented with meticulous attention to detail, perfectly aligning with the event’s aesthetic and reflecting the high standards and professionalism of our company. This unique experience beautifully combined elements of taste and elegance, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
