On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, a corporate event -cocktail reception- of Helleniq Energy was held at the Banquet Hall of the Athens Concert Hall. The occasion was the official presentation of the new corporate identity of the historic ELPE Group.
Aria Fine Catering was responsible for the finger food cocktail buffet of the event as well as the bar.The approximately 200 guests had the opportunity to taste a variety of appetizers and desserts, among which were smoked salmon on blinis with herbs and citrus creme fraiche, fava bean tartlets with caramelized onions, marinated shrimp with mango cube on sticks, risotto with mushrooms and parmesan. Of course there were also sweet options,such as chocolate tartlets with salted caramel, poached pear with chocolate and saffron and eclairs with chocolate and ginger.
