The global conference on space research and technology was held this year in Athens. Aria Fine Catering undertook the food catering, at the Athens Concert Hall, offering coffee, food, juices, soft drinks and side dishes, during the daily breaks, to more than 1,000 delegates.
The COSPAR Scientific Assembly, the pinnacle of global space research and technology conferences, was held this year in Athens by AFEA Travel & Congress Services, on July 16-24, attracting international space agencies and accomplished scientists from all over the world.
For a whole week Athens has been the centre of the global scientific community in the field of Space Research and Technology. All major space agencies from around the world were present, as well as the spearhead of international space technology. Two thousand accomplished scientists were present, while more than 500 scientists watched it online.
Aria Fine Catering undertook the food catering of this week-long conference at the Athens Concert Hall, offering coffee, food, juices, soft drinks and side dishes, during the breaks, to more than 1,000 delegates on a daily basis. On the evening of July 21, a seated buffet for 350 guests at the peristyle of the Zappeion Megaron Hall was organized. The buffet was of course Greek style, emphasizing on traditional recipes from all over Greece. Classic moussaka, Cretan dakos, Symian shrimp, Sausages from Mani, Karidopita and Loukoumades were some of the dishes that Aria prepared, giving the foreign guests of the conference the opportunity to get a taste of our traditional Greek cuisine.
