The 130 guests of an atmospheric festive dinner had the opportunity to experience a different Christmas evening, which took place at 10 AM LOFTS, in the center of Athens, in an industrial building with a minimalist aesthetic. The low lighting, careful decoration and refined dishes gave a mystical touch to this festive evening.
The large wooden table of the place was decorated with candles, vintage platters, fresh fruit, vases of flowers, giving a romance of another era. The dishes and the presentation of the finger food buffet were designed with the corresponding aesthetics. We served: Gravlax salmon roses flavored with chives and trout mousse – Salade de Noel with fresh buffalo mozzarella – Fagri nigiri – Cantaifi prawns, Beef mini skewers with goat cheese and hot apricot jam sauce. For dessert, Aria’s Christmas Tree with a variety of Choux au craquelin & crème pâtissière filling.
