The 11th International Aerosol Conference (IAC) was held between 4 and 9 of September 2022 at the Athens Megaron. Aria was in charge of the catering, providing coffee breaks, meals, drinks, juices, beverages and side dishes to 750 participants every day.
On the evening of September 8, 2022, a seated dinner for 550 guests was hosted on the exterior of the Byzantine Museum. Upon the arrival of the international guests we offered rakomelo and sparkling wine with Chios mastic. The buffet was of course Greek style with an emphasis on traditional recipes from all over Greece. Kolokytopita, Soutzoukakia, Cretan dakos, Athenian, Symeakos shrimp, Milk pie, Simigdalenios halva, were some of the meals we curated, offering our guests the chance to get a taste of our traditional Greek gastronomy and enjoy a lovely evening.
