On the afternoon of August 26th, the impressive “Sinterina” estate, hosted a magical wedding reception. Aria team was there and offered the 300 guests a unique journey of flavours: with a well-presented buffet, for all tastes, combined with refreshing drinks and many cocktail choices, which left the guests amazed.
The event began with the sacrament of marriage in the small church of Agios Nikolaos. There, Aria welcomed guests with Pink Grapefruit Soda, Iced Tea in various flavors and homemade lemonade. After the ceremony, the team welcomed guests to the wedding reception with a sparkling glass of champagne and a buffet of rich flavors that satisfied even the most discerning palate. The buffet included: smoked salmon board, savory appetizers-siders: sautéed shrimp, grilled artichoke, pumpkin tart and calf carpaccio. The outdoor area of the wedding reception was decorated with various stands and stations with a variety of choices for guests: salad stand, pasta & risotto stand, BBQ stand, fish stand and Carving Station with frames of milk pork & rib eye, as well as a full open bar, which delighted guests with an impressive array of cocktail choices, including Mojito, Paloma, Negroni and more.
Dessert lovers had the opportunity to enjoy a Live Cooking Dessert Station by Aria’s Pastry Chef with Cheesecake, Pavlova, Profiterole, Classic Crème Brulée and Sticks with a variety of fresh seasonal fruits. And of course we can’t forget the wedding cake, which was as impressive as it was delicious! As the evening progressed, the late-night stand was revealed, with mini burgers and Salmon poke bowl.
The magic of the space with the colors and aromas of nature in combination with Aria’s rich menu were the characteristics that made this unique wedding stand out.
