A wedding street food party by the sea. At a beach bar on the sand, we set up an entire street food scene: construction planks, kraft trays, greaseproof paper, wooden cutlery, and anything else necessary. We served Philly steak sandwiches, Kentucky-style chicken, bao buns with crispy duck, pork skewers with pita, grilled corn, coleslaw, Mexican salad, and of course, ice cream from the ice cream cart, which – along with pastry chef Dimosthenis – went viral that night.
