Due to the unique character of this particular event, we designed a finger food menu with a central theme of light, elegant cocktail bites.
We proposed flavors ideal for an afternoon aperitivo in small bites, such as tartlets with foie gras and pickled mango, smoked salmon bonbons with papaya and mascarpone, and cherry tomatoes stuffed with goat cheese. Guests also enjoyed sweet offerings like Brazilian truffles “Brigadeiros,” spiced chocolate bonbons with roasted hazelnuts, and mini-sized macarons.
Our goal for this event was to ensure our flavors reflected two distinctive qualities of the prestigious fashion house: its creativity and aesthetics. These, after all, served as our source of inspiration.
