Gianmaria Cesari and Lakis Gavalas welcomed their guests from the fields of Media, business, catering and haute cuisine in a special evening at the Embassy of Italy in Athens. As the Brand Ambassador of the Italian rosé wine, Costa Di Rose, Lakis Gavalas encouraged the guests to drink rosé: “Drink rosè to be osè” but also to accompany their wine with authentic Italian cheeses and charcuterie, from an impressive grazing table curated by our creative team.
We “decorated” the large table of the Italian Embassy with the best Italian cheeses and charcuterie. Parmesan whole head, prosciutto, gorgonzola, salami Milano, mortadella, guanciale, brezaola were the main protagonists, together with a feast of accompaniments: grapes, chocolates, dates, breadsticks and fresh baguettes, dried fruits, nuts, jars of jams and honey.
In addition to the wine, we served the guests crispy porchetta, stuffed with aromatics, a quintessential Italian dish that we carefully curated for this particular evening.
