The Greek Shipping Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner was held on the evening of Tuesday, July 5, 2022 as an outdoor live event at the Athens Concert Hall.
The most prominent annual dinner of the Greek Shipping celebrated the leading figures, the history and the culture of the industry during a unique evening that included a special program.
The atrium of the Muses foyer was filled with 520 guests, who enjoyed a three-course menu designed and presented by Aria’s experienced team. Particular emphasis was placed on seafood, starting with passed appetizers: lobster chips with horseradish sauce & caviar, a variety of sushi, tarts with taramosalata and bottarga from Messolonghi & proschiutto pouches with goat cheese. The served meal started with a sea bass tartare with chili & lime as first dish. For the main dish we chose beef fillet with celery puree, king oyster mushrooms and grilled zucchini. The meal ended with a crèmeaux of bitter chocolate, vanilla crumble, fresh mango & coulis passion fruit.
We would like to sincerely thank Phoebe Media & Events for their trust and support.
