The atrium of the foyer of the Muses was filled with 540 guests who enjoyed a three-course menu designed and presented by Aria’s experienced team in a spectacular event under the stars.
There was a special emphasis on seafood, starting with the passed appetizers: lobster chips with horseradish sauce & caviar and a variety of sushi such as Maki roll with tuna and sriracha mayo, as well as eggplant bites wrapped in prosciutto with goat cheese and truffle oil and Peking duck spring rolls with plum dip sauce.
The served meal started with a first course of Quinoa with summer vegetables, eggplant quenelle, goat cheese & lime. For the main course we had chosen fish fangri with lemon cream sauce and vegetable spaghetti. The meal ended with a chocolate ball with Mango & Bitter Mouse chocolate, Gold Leaves and Spicy Hot Chocolate Sauce
