An Urban cocktail party was organized by a well-known IT company on the evening of Thursday, November 3rd, at the multipurpose venue T16 in the center of Athens. Aria was responsible for the drinks and food. Cocktails served included Aperol Spritz, Negroni, and Cosmopolitan. The menu featured items such as: Biscuits sablés with red onion marmalade, roquefort, pear, and walnut, Marinated sea bass ceviche with lime juice & sweet chili, Crispy tempura prawns with soybean salad, Arancini with prosciutto & marinara sauce, Blackened pork tenderloin with horseradish cream, apple chutney, and baby watercress, Caramelized Brussels sprouts with maple syrup.
For dessert, guests enjoyed chocolate bon bons with Kahlua and deconstructed Pavlova with fresh forest fruits.
