This year’s Posidonia attracted more than 28,000 visitors from 103 countries and 2,000 exhibitors at the Metropolitan Expo Exhibition Center. Aria Fine Catering was once again the official supplier of catering services for Posidonia.
Within the framework of Posidonia, over a period of four days, significant forums and events were held that gathered the world’s top shipowners, focusing on new technologies, environmental challenges, and the future of shipping.
Reflecting on our own experience this year, we can say it was exceptional and filled with challenges. Just to highlight a few numbers that illustrate the demanding nature of Posidonia: Orders placed within the exhibition space (Metropolitan Expo) exceeded 500, while events at exhibitors’ booths reached 45. Additionally, we organized events for shipping companies in outdoor spaces, showcasing our capability to manage multiple events of different types within a short span of just four days.
With the coordinated efforts of our team of 120 individuals, including operators, maitres, drivers, servers, runners, salesmen, and saleswomen, we successfully met the demands of the event with precision and professionalism through excellent organization and coordination.
For us at Aria Fine Catering, each event is an opportunity for learning and improvement. At Posidonia 2022, the increased demand due to post-pandemic dynamics posed a challenge that provided us with valuable lessons. Drawing from our experience in 2022, this year we were well-prepared and more efficient, reaffirming our commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service.
