The 6th edition of the Sustainable, Innovative & Responsible Entrepreneurship Awards of the Athens Professional Chamber of Commerce was held on Monday 28 November 2022, at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre in the hall of National Opera . The awards were presented to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals who excelled in the business arena in order to showcase their role in a crucial year for the Greek economy and to honour the achievements of Greek businesses.
Followed by a cocktail for 300 guests at the foyer of the National Opera House. Aria was in charge of the preparation and curation of the delicacies. The menu was presented in small bites with a Greek touch: Tartlets with Santorini fava beans & caramelized onions – Fillets of marinated sea bass – Fresh vine leaves stuffed with pine nuts, rice and raisins – Eggplant burger with Amfilochia pecorino – Santorini tomato balls with Arachova formaela and olive jam. The desserts of the evening were also of Greek character: Walnut pie with chocolate – Orange pie with Chios mastic – Baklava with crispy dough in small bites.
