When it comes to culinary art and creativity, Aria knows how to create an unforgettable experience!
On October 3, at the reception organized by the German Embassy on the occasion of the Day of German Unity, Aria had the honor of taking over the catering, leaving an indelible mark with a mixture of exquisite tastes and aesthetics. The outdoor area was designed accordingly, with several food stations to serve the 1000 guests of the Embassy.
At the reception we offered an aperitif of black laurel, tangerine juice, cinnamon and anise and accompanied it with German handmade small pizzas from our wheel ovens with German cheeses and charcuterie. Beer, of course, could not be missing from the evening!
The guests’ journey into the heart of Germany began with a showstopper hanging pretzel stand!
The culinary journey continued with a buffet full of cold and hot dishes
Nuernberger sausage & beef sausage fresh from the plancha & steamer, Weisswurst, Currywurst and Bratwurst sausages, Bavarian Potato salad, Baked Pretzel pudding , Beer braised cabbage with sausages and cider, Slowly braised beef ribs, in Mavrodaphne wine sauce, Smoky pepper meatloaf, with bacon demi-glace, Slow roasted Pork shank with dark beer, orange and mustard sauce, Lemon and garlic chicken schnitzels…
Aria’s attention to detail, both in taste and decoration, turned the German Unity Day celebration into a sensory masterpiece! It was an event where Germany’s rich culinary heritage met Aria’s creative expertise, leaving guests with a truly beautiful experience.
We sincerely thank the German Embassy for their support, and we renew our appointment for next year on the same day.
