Koskinidis Packaging celebrated its 100th anniversary with a cocktail party organized by 360 Event, held at the colonnade of the Zappeion Hall. Upon arrival, the 280 guests were offered Aperol Spritz and Cranberry Mojito. During the cocktail, and after the awards and speeches, we served crab salad, Peking duck in pita, shrimp with mango, bocconcini di mozzarella with prosciutto, vegetable kebabs with balsamic vinegar, salmon yakitori, ravioli with spinach and anthotyro cheese, chocolate mousse with orange, lemon pie, and pavlova. The buffet featured a stand with a variety of Greek cheeses, fresh vegetables with dips, dried fruits, marmalades, and breadsticks. The menu also included pasta! We prepared and served handmade ravioli with spinach, Swiss chard, and Parmesan cream from large pans. After the presentations, the evening continued with dancing, drinks, and cocktails. We served Strawberry Daiquiri and St. Germain Spritz.
